اما بعدبنده از عالی جناب یک شخص کاردان، بافهم ودانشمند سراغ داشتم کسی که همیشه از کمبودی ها وچالش ها انتقاد میکند تاباشد راه حلی ازطرف مسولین امورصورت گرفته ومشکلات مرفوع گردد  اما با نوشتن  مطلب اخیرتان درباره کمک های PRT دریافتم که جناب نیزمانند بقیه غوریان خودکش وبیگانه پرور، تابع زمان و پول هستند، کسی که حقایق را کتمان وناچیزها را مهم جلوه میدهند.
 
به گونه مثال

• جناب از PRT غور تقدیرکرده است که امنیت را تامین میکند درحالیکه PRT غور درتامین امنیت نقشی ندارد واین خود مردم اند که ازجنگ وکشتار خسته شده اند من یک سوال دارم " اگر PRT غور مسولیت تامین امنیت را دارد چرا نمیرود وامنیت تیوره وپسابند را تامین نمیکند؟" طالب مسلحانه آزادانه درتیوره وپسابند گشت وگذاردارند وآزادانه فرمان صادرمیکند کجاست این PRT که برود وامنیت رادرتیوره وپسابند تامین کند یا به نظریعقوبیان صاحب پسابند وتیوره جزء از غورنیستند.
• جناب از PRT غور تقدیرکرده که به غورآمده اند درحالیکه هیچ گربه برای خداموش نمیگیرد این خارجی ها درافغانستان صدها عواید دارند. مثلا درسال 2001 بنده شاهد بودم که ISAF انگلستان آثارتاریخی را ازیک قوماندان محلی میخریدند. ملیون ها پول بازسازی را حیف ومیل میکنند.
• جناب از PRT غورتقدیرکرده که فرش وبلندگو خریده است، فقیرترین غوری برای مسجد خود فرش وبلندگو خریده میتواند.
• جناب گفته اند که PRT  غور درعرصه صحت کمک وبازسازی کرده است، درحالیکه قدمی درراستای صحت برنداشته است بلکه خیانت هم کرده است مثلا رفته به قریه برای مردم گولی تاریخ تیرشده توزیع کرده است.شفاخانه غور ومریضان غورجای شده برای تمرین وپرکتس داکتران بیسواد PRT ودیگر خارجی ها . شش سال است که PRT غور ظاهرا گفته است من شفاخانه صد بستر درغورمیسازم ولی تاحال اثری ازآن نیست درسن من وتوهم نخواهد بود وحتی موسسات دیگرخواسته اند درین باره قدمی بردارند ولی PRTمانع شده است.
• جناب گفته که PRT غور درراستای بازسازی خدمت کرده است محترم این کارهای که PRT غورکردهاست بازسازی نیست بلکه ساعت تیری، جفاکردن به حق من وتوست، وقت سپری کردن وبازی دادن من وتوست باید زیربناها را میساخت مثلا فابریکه ، سرک ، بندبرق وغیره چیزها میساخت.
• جناب ازاینکه جیب شما را بازسازی کرده فکر میکنید که تمام غور را بازسازی کرده است.

انتحاری های که به مردم بیگناه وعادی ضررنرسانند وتنها به خارجی ها وعلی الخصوص  PRT صدمه برساند من برایش کمک میکنم تا باشد این خارجی ها ازخواب غفلت بیدارشوند وگامی درراستای بازسازی وخدمت بردارند.

Thank so much to Mr Yaqubi Firozkohi, the man that I had a picture of art, culture and literate of him.
I have thought that Mr.Yaqubi has a nice, reliable and scientific background, who always criticizes the problem and challenges in order to find a solution for them by government officials, but when I saw this topic “Ghor PRT assists a lot to governmental and nongovernmental offices” by Yaqubian Firozkohi. I believed that he is the man of money, the man of time and the man of aliens, who changes his mind by different regimes, who hides the reality and makes nothing important.
The followings are the examples of what wrong the PRT did:
o   The Excellency appreciates the Ghor PRT of bringing security to Ghor territory, but I think I it is clear that PRT hasn’t done any responsibility in bringing security to Ghor, these are the people whom don’t want to fight thus there is a big secure city. I have a question “ If  PRT has any responsibility in bringing the security to Ghor why they don’t bring security to Passaband and Tiwara Districts, the places where Taliban walks freely and controls everything?” where is PRT who goes and bring security to Tiwara and Passaband Districts. Maybe Mr Yaqubian Firozkohi thought that Passaband and Tiwara aren’t Ghor’s Districts.
o   The Excellency appreciates the Ghor PRT of coming to Ghor. But it is known that                                                     
I remembered that England ISAF bought historical monuments from a village commander in 2001.
These people under PRT spend a lot of reconstruction money.
o   The Excellency appreciates PRT of affording carpets and loudspeakers to mosques, but each Ghori can supply these mesh-mashes.
o   The Excellency appreciates PRT of nice working and assisting in health related issues, but I think they hadn’t helped the Ghor health office, although they distributed expire pills to villages. The Ghor hospital and the Ghor patients became a place for practices of PRT and other foreigners.  It is 6 years that Ghor PRT accepts to build the 100 beds hospital in Chaghcharan but we haven’t seen yet and I am sure we will have never seen in future.
o   The Excellency appreciates the PRT of reconstruction in Ghor, but it seems like a dream. If they had really worked why they didn’t build any factory, water dams, roads and so on. It is a fact that they don’t want to work, they pass their time here, they joke and fabricate me and you.
o   The Excellency, the PRT gives you some money (they rehabilitate your pocket) thus you think that all of the Ghor is rehabilitated.
 
The self murders who don’t kill the innocent and ordinary people and kills the PRT are good people and I wish I could help them financially and theoretically.
